Cut & Paste Full Window Opener (Best seen with IE 4.x)

Description: Opens up a window that spans every inch of the screen. Requires IE 4.x, although all other browser will still open a window in "normal" full screen mode.

Important: Remember to press Alt-F4 to close it after its open.
