Jeroen's chmod calculator
Jeroen's Chmod calculator is the most robust calculator of its kind. It allows you to lookup and display the permission setting value (ie: 755) for files in 3 different ways, including its text equivalent (ie: -rwxr-xr-x).
Simple Image Trail
Use this script to add a simple image trail to your webpage. A single image follows the mouse around, and is configurable in several ways, from x and y offsets from the cursor to length of time it should appear on page.
Form2Popup script
This useful script allows you to target a form's submission to a new window, so the original page does not change once the "submit" button is pressed. Instead, a customizable pop up window is launched containing the destination page. Very cool!
3D Spin Menu
3D Spin Menu creates a virtual "ring" of menu links whereby the user can manually select and rotate into view the desired link to go to. This cool script works in IE and NS6+ while degrading well with older browsers (doesn't show itself).
Highlighter Scroller
An interesting scroller that rotates and displays messages by highlighting each one into view, like using a felts to highlight text on a page. Very cool!
Annual Occasions Count Down
This script counts the number of days remaining until any annual occasion on the calendar (ie: birthday, Christmas etc). It automatically detects and adjusts to the present year, and if the specified occasion has already passed this year, it displays the days remaining until the next year's. Very cool and useful!
Alert-It scroller
This unique scroller scrolls text at the very top of the page, making it hard to ignore. It's useful to broadcast important messages to your visitors. The number of times the text is scrolled across the page is customizable (ie: 2 times than disappear). IE specific script.
N-level Context menu
This is a versatile context (right click) menu script that supports multiple levels of submenus! Script requires IE to work, though degrades well with others.
Browser Language redirect
If your site is presented in more than one language (ie: English and Chinese), use this script to automatically detect the language setting of your visitor's browser, and redirect them to the appropriate section within your site. Rewritten for easy customization.
JavaScriptKit.com Multiple Choice Quiz
This is a highly flexible quiz script that can be used to test your visitors, with the results instantly graded on a separate page. Script supports arbitrary number of questions, each supporting an arbitrary number of choices.
Any-month calendar

This script "auto tabs" a form field (and jumps to another field) once the length of the field's value has exceeded a certain length. It works in conjunction with the "maxlength" attribute of HTML, triggered whenever the user's input reaches the maxlength's value.

Random-order content Updated
Use this unique rotational script to mix up the display order of a series of content, whether text links, images etc. It's useful, for example, when you do not wish to give preferential treatment to any one piece of content.

Unlike most image slideshows which display images in sequential order, this one randomly picks its image to show each time.
Bread crumb script
This script displays on any page a "trail" (aka bread crumb) of where the viewer is currently at in relationship to the rest of the site. It does so by examining the directories that prefix the page, and displaying this containership (using links). If your site pages are organized using folders, this is a simple yet very useful navigation aid.

Picture cube slideshow
Image slideshows in JavaScript are getting more and more creative, with interesting effects added in between slides. This one adds a 3 dimensional cube effect (visible only in IE5+). Very cool!
Right-click menu
This is an impressive right-click menu that pops up when the user right clicks the mouse in IE5.5+. The menu can venture outside the browser window if needed!
Image zoom in/out script
This is an impressive script that allows you to conveniently zoom in and out of an image. Functional in IE4+, NS6 and Opera 6+, the script does not push content around the image aside as it is zooming, unlike most similar scripts out there.
Link Fader
This script will "fade" links on your page from their original colour to a different colour as the mouse moves over them . A nice visual effect that works in IE and NS/Opera6, degrading well with the rest.
